Dental And Medical History Forms

During your first appointment, we will request you to fill out our carefully crafted new patient forms to get an accurate diagnosis of your oral health

Dental Examination

Next, we will take Digital SLR photos, intraoral photos, and digital x-rays (if needed) as diagnostic tools to help us thoroughly assess your dental health.

One-On-One Consultation

After the dental imaging is conducted, our dentist will discuss their findings and address your queries and concerns

Dental Insurance

At Bayshore Dental Centre, we understand that paying for dental work upfront can be expensive and stressful. Therefore, we provide the option of Direct Billing. This means that we bill your insurance company directly and you do not have to wait to be reimbursed by your insurance company. As our patient, you will only be required to pay the partial amount; if any that is not covered by your insurance.
